All of us here at Crown Acura would like to congratulate Denece Hadley, one of our Sales and Leasing Consultants and this month's featured employee! Denece has been in the automotive industry for the past seven-and-a-half years, and in that time has earned the distinction of Gold Master Council of Sales Excellence as a consultant. We're proud to say that she's been with Crown Acura the entire time she has been in the industry.

Denece is a true natural when it comes to customer service, and she makes it her business to provide each and every customer with the care and attention they deserve before, during, and after they make a purchase. For Denece, the best compliment comes in the form of repeat customers, and she's often told by her customers that they choose to return to her for all of their automotive needs because they know they can trust her to do right by them. That sort of customer loyalty comes as no surprise when you learn that one of Denece's great joys in life, both in and out of work, is making others happy.

When she's not at work, you can find Denece singing at church, volunteering with her favorite charities, and spending time with her beautiful grandbabies. She also likes to spend quality time with her daughter, and they often plan special girls' weekends where they can have fun, be goofy, and bond with each other.
